Dribbling

Dribbling Slalom

Place mannequins in a line formation with 3-5 yard separation. Players dribble through the obstacles going on alternating sides of each mannequin. Vary the distance between mannequins and speed of activity to increase or decrease difficulty.


Agility Dribble

Place mannequins in a line formation with 1-2 yard separation. Players dribble through the obstacles going on alternating sides of each mannequin. Increase the speed of activity to increase difficulty.


Speed Dribble

Place mannequins in a line formation with 10-20 yard seperation. Players dribble through the obstacles going on alternating sides of each mannequin. Vary the distance between mannequins and have players race against each other.


Creative Dribble

Place mannequins throughout a grid. Players free dribble for time (30-40 sec.) with lots of cuts and change of direction. Emphasize use of all parts of each foot to turn and cut.

Feint & Shoot

Use a single mannequin as a defender. Attacker drives at the defender, fakes/feints and shoots.
